		<description>I've done software development my entire career. What I've always found most frustrating are the teams who refuse to do the work breakdown on stuff up front. Then they wonder why they can't get anything done, don't understand their own systems, and are flailing around.

It's never fun to work in these teams even though I do bring order to my little corner of the chaos.</description>
